  2. Include your order # and the issue you are having with your item
  3. Your claim will be evaluated and if your issue s accepted, an email will be sent requesting that you return the item to the warehouse including all information necessary to do so. You will be responsible for the shipping cost of the returned item.
  4. Upon receipt of the returned item, a new item along with an email confirmation for your return and new tracking number will be sent to you.
